Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Trusted Source Rx website and your account: purchases, billing, refill plans and cancellation. They don't govern your clinical relationship, which is between you and your licensed clinician.
Treatment plans bill on a recurring schedule shown at checkout and renew automatically until you cancel. We send you a reminder before each refill. Cancel anytime in your account before your next refill is processed, and you won't be charged for it.
Trusted Source Rx does not offer opioids, benzodiazepines or stimulants. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance; it is prescribed only after a video visit with a licensed provider, and only where state and federal law allow.
Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient by one of our 3 licensed 503A compounding pharmacies, named with their contact details in the footer of every page, and are not FDA-approved.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Privacy Policy
What you share goes to your clinician, the pharmacy filling your prescription, and the lab running your sample. We don't sell your information and we don't share your health information with advertisers. No ad pixels run on pages that collect health information.
If you opt in to text messages, we text you about your orders, shipping and upcoming refills. We never put health details in a text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
Notice of Privacy Practices
This notice describes how medical information about you may be used and disclosed under HIPAA, and how you can get access to it. Your medical record is kept by your care team at The Network Health on a secure clinical platform.
Telehealth Consent
Telehealth lets a licensed clinician care for you online or by phone. Care is provided by licensed clinicians with The Network Health, an independent physician group, and in some states by other independent physician groups. Your account shows your clinician and their practice.
Telehealth has limits: it's not for emergencies, and some situations need in-person care, which your clinician will tell you plainly. Your consent is recorded before your first visit.
Cancellation and Refunds
At checkout we place a hold. The visit fee is charged when a clinician reviews your intake. Medication is charged only after a clinician approves it; if not, the hold is released within 5 to 10 business days. There's no membership fee and no long-term contract.
Approved orders cancelled before shipping: full refund within 5 to 10 business days.
Shipped medication can't be returned. Damaged, wrong or missing orders: report within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Lab kits: an unopened kit can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. No refund once the sample is mailed. If the lab can't process the sample, we send a replacement kit.
Medical Disclaimer
This site is general information, not medical advice. Every prescribing decision is made by a licensed clinician after reviewing your intake, and no content here replaces a conversation with your clinician. In an emergency, call 911. In crisis, call or text 988.
Accessibility
We build to WCAG 2.2 AA: keyboard navigation, visible focus states, readable contrast, and words instead of color alone. If something on this site doesn't work for you, contact us from your account and we'll fix it.
